About Parents' Council
- The Parents’ Council is an organization of parents that supports Duke Memorial Weekday School. Its primary functions are promoting family involvement in the school and performing fund-raising efforts to support school projects, special programs and tuition assistance.

The council meets on the first Wednesday of the month in the Soul Cafe. Meetings are open to all DMWS families and involve discussion of upcoming fund-raising events and projects, school needs, and a general sharing of ideas. Children are always welcome.
Participation in the Parents’ Council is a great opportunity to learn about school events, share ideas, and meet other families affiliated with DMWS.
